Alissa has over 10 years of experiences in the circus arts as a performer and coach.

She also has over 10 years of therapeutic facilitations, case management, and supporting individual skill building as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker!

Alissa primarily coaches on aerial rope and aerial hoop and is a part of the specialty act group Triple Tease. 

Alissa is also an artistic baker!

Clara Younge

Holding Physiology & Anatomy and Corrective Exercise & Injury Prevention

Clara has 6 years of aerial experience and 4 years of contortion experience. She has continued to grow her skill in coaching people in their circus bodies. Clara is trained under various circus coaches in the Twin Cities and took part in a Paper Doll Militia Teacher Training in 2019. 

Clara primarily coaches aerial sling and silks, but also is disciplined in trapeze and flexibility.

Most notably is Clara's shiny new Master's degree in Exercise Science with specialties in kinesiology and human movement.

Nastaaja Johnson

Holding Belonging, Best Practice, Prescence, & Professionalism 

Nastaaja is the founder of Vivid Black Paint and the Primary Facilitator and designer The UNCAAGED and The UNCAAGED PLC.

She has about 12 years of experience coaching people 's bodies, minds, and spirits and about 10 years specifically coaching and practicing circus arts. Nastaaja is a multidisciplinary artist and leader.

Nastaaja primarily coaches silks and other circus coaches, but has taught on most aerial apparatus and basic acrobalance.

She also holds a BA in Psychology, minors in Sociology and Biology, and an MA in International Studies - Education.

She is currently working towards a 2nd MA in Organizational Leadership with the area of expertise being An Enhanced Practice of Prioritizing Belonging in the Strategic Leading & Organizing of Groups!
